Service of Remebrance

The Bridge Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center hosted its first Service of Remembrance on November 1, 2024, honoring those lost to Alzheimer’s and dementia with a reading of names and the tolling of a bell.

Now an annual tradition, the service takes place each November during National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month and National Caregivers’ Month. This year’s event will be on November 7, 2025. If you would like to recognize a loved one who has passed away from Alzheimer’s or dementia, please submit their name using the form below.
