2025 Year End Campaign
As we reflect on 2025, we are deeply grateful for the supporters who make our work possible.
Together, we reached nine parishes and provided education, support, and resources to more than 11,000 individuals, families, and caregivers supporting loved ones with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
As we look ahead, our vision remains clear: to build a community where no one affected by Alzheimer’s or dementia walks this journey alone.
